We wanted to keep the feel of an old farmhouse all the while giving it a modern touch. So neutral colours were the way to go with touches of wood, stone and African décor influences. The art was mainly botanical in keeping with the surroundings. The stables were converted into a games room pub area with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. We decided to keep the stable doors and the feel of the stables with Nguni chairs, art and floor coverings.
