We’ll sit. We talk about project scope, budget, timelines and our process. We discuss your vision, the practical and ask many pertinent questions.
STEP 2: The Proposal
We’ll put together the scope of work. We will provide cost estimates. If it’s good to go, give us the green light, pay the deposit and we’ll start building your vision.
STEP 3: The Design & Presentation
Drawing from your story, we create a complete design concept and source the proposed vision (i.e. flooring, countertops, tile, furnishings, lighting, etc.) Moodboard time! We present the big vision for your new space. You decide what you like and we begin the next step.
STEP 4: The Execution & Final Reveal
With final design approved, we place orders and track progress, keeping you in the loop. We coordinate a day, maybe a few, when you are away from home and we complete all the furnishings.
The client keeps 10% until the very end and pays that once the job is 100% finished.
